Aunt Betty [Teta Beta]

A Birthday Card for a dear guest

In Uncategorized on May 6, 2012 at 6:09 pm

Today, after the church meeting, together with our guests we had some lunch and took a walk through the botanical garden in Zagreb. It was nice. We really enjoy having our guest. They serve as missionaries in Romania. Two of their children came with them (they actually have 10 kids). 🙂 And one of the kids had his 11th birthday today so we all made sure he is having a good time. Since I really love flowers, I took a bunch of photos.

Yesterday, when the birthday boy went to bed, his mom made a cake, decorated the room and I made a card for that young fellow. I played with the ribbon, punched some holes and used some staples. That is how I got this bright CAS card.

I used Aunt Betty (Teta Beta) stamps and paper and these four challenges as an inspiration: Cas-ual Fridays, Color Throwdown, DYSU, Card Patterns.

  1. Love the touch of color in the patterned paper against the beautiful crisp white. Gorgeous. Thanks so much for playing with us at CAS-ual Fridays!

  2. Beautiful pictures and lovely card, as usual, I admire your work.
By the way what’s the meaning of CAS?
    Thanks for sharing.
