Aunt Betty [Teta Beta]

Two for today/Dvije za danas

In Uncategorized on December 10, 2011 at 4:19 pm

Today I was resting. This week I received so many good and exciting news, did so many stuff, and received also some bad news that yesterday I realized it was all too much for me. So, I slept longer today, did not clean the house (too much), and made two cards.

[Danas sam odmarala. Protekli sam tjedan primila toliko dobrih i uzbuđujućih vijesti, toliko toga napravila i još na sve to primila pokoju lošu vijest, da sam jučer shvatila kako je to ipak malo previše za mene. Tako sam danas malo duže odspavala, nisam čistila kuću (previše) i napravila sam dvije karte.]

For the first one I did something new. I cut a couple of smaller flowers, bent them, inked them, and then cut them in pieces. After that I glued each petal separately and made this big flower. The challenge said we need to use banners. I really think those banners are cute, and they are just starting to be popular here. I almost never see them at the parties or as a decoration. But, I decided to play some more and used my new lace as banners because they really look similar.

I used [Koristila sam]: paper doily, Cuttlebug, Provo Craft flower die, string, button, lace, brown and orange ink, ivory cardstock.

Inspired by [Inspirirano]: Embellish.

My second card is a CAS card. I made some mist and had some fun cleaning after that.🙂 I used one new challenge as an inspiration for the colors (Runway Inspired Challenge) and one new challenge for the sketch (Authentique). I hope you have enjoyed your stay.🙂

[Moja druga karta je malo jednostavnija. S malo vode pomiješala sam crnu tintu.

I used [Koristila sam]: white cardstock, Authentique Paper, HA butterfly, pearls, black mist, yellow and black ink, foams, Teta Beta stamp, Sew easy tool.

Inspired by [Inspirirano]: Cas-ual Fridays, Runway Inspired Challenge, Authentique.
